Our Story
I’ve worked in the beauty industry for over 10 years, and honestly, my favourite part of the job is the people. As cliché as it sounds, I genuinely love meeting people, getting to know my clients and creating a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable and of course offering a top notch service.
Believe it or not I didn’t want to be a Salon owner, however as my family expanded working in my front room was no longer an option and I wanted somewhere nice to work in Tottenham and I basically had to create that space myself.
That’s how the salon came to life — a place in the heart of Tottenham where beauty, wellbeing and community come together under one roof. Guapa means beautiful in spanish, the name was inspired by my many visits to Cuba, Cuban roots and Cuban husband. Who may I add done an incredible job with the renovations. Come and see for yourself.
I’m incredibly proud to have created this space as it offers some amazing people a place to work and offers our clients a place to indulge.
